FIXED: Scroll of Netor
The Scroll of Netor does not work on fish types like it normally had done in past versions. Any ideas what it works on?

I dunno hugh. I was told it was not present in the game data base. I put it in. It should work on the same things the spell works on.

It's somehow glitched. The item data looks good (I checked it), so I guess it's the code. I will check it out and report back--should be a trivial fix.

This has been fixed on the test server, and will soon be pushed to the live server. (Hopefully tomorrow morning.)
If you're interested, here's what the problem was: Our data editor for monsters allows the user to specify a creature type from a list--i.e. dragon, giant, humanoid, etc.. One option on the list is 'monster' and one of them is 'water dweller'.. a more specific term for a monster that lives in water areas. Our spell editor, also allows you to specify ONE creature type with each charm spell. This poses a problem for certain spells, namely 'control humanoid' (that works on 'human' type and 'humanoid' type.) I coded an exception for this a while ago, but forgot to code a similar exception to allow 'control monster' to work on both the 'monster' type and 'water dweller' type. (Heck, I even forgot to make the Scroll of Netor.. which is funny, because I used to charm a lot of fish on 11 back in the day..) Anyway, there you have it--an issue with the code, as suspected.
