A bug with Items casting spells was found and fixed.
this allowed me to return Ring of Power to casting 'harm' once more. (previously changed to 'power' to allow it to cast something)
A certain class of items was missing from the item tables below level 12. Fixed.
Use levels on a few items were tweaked slightly.
The incidence of certain seasonal monsters was increased slightly. The rate at which those monsters give their seasonal items was also tweaked upwards.
