I just pushed some updates to the live server:  

  • We have fixed some issues with Shiva (and other special/stud encounters throughout the dungeon) being too stingy with drops.  A piece of code wasn't interpreting the game data and was ignoring certain drop types.  
  • Some combat spells (i.e. the bigger ones) cannot be cast against peaced encounters.  We have had this feature for a while, but the recent update to spells broke it... it's now fixed.
  • The operator lesson now has more capability to tailor what traps appear on what levels.  This has allowed us to populate the dungeon with a more historical representation of chest traps.  Expect fewer untrapped boxes deeper in the dungeon from now on.
  • Operator tools that allow for the simulation of thousands of item drops are in place, which will help us better balance treasure and drop rates in the dungeon.

This update is kind of subtle, but I'm glad I was finally able to push it today.
