I have seen this happen numerous times, but never had such a clear example of it before.

You'll have to take my word on the initial encounter... as I have no "proof" --

On 14 encountered 2 PEACED Gargants.

Mage charms them, and breaks PEACE.

He gets them both, but they obviously won the initiative role, and I got:
Damage to thief (1 Gargant hits you for 153.)
Damage to the sorc (2 gargants hit you for 152.) AND
Damage to the mage (3 gargants hit you for 151.)

Now I see a couple things wrong there....

#1) There weren't 3 gargants in the room.
#2) The damages they are dealing out are suspiciously close to each other.
#3) How can 2 gargants attack 3 different characters without anyone dying?

I have a screen shot displaying the 3 gargants hitting the mage, with two gargant buddies--- I can email it to you if you want to see it. Can't post it here.

JF,

This could just be a glitch in the display code... or it could be that all three chars were hit by two gargants... IE they swung on the surprise round, and then immediately got another round in, as you lost the initiative on the normal round as well.

or it could be a problem with the flux capacitor....
