I think you might add a note that says "You just entered a room containing an Army of Vampires. You didn't expect to stay alive did you?"

This is consistent with the 84 version of the game. When you reach the uber areas, this feature ramps up slightly, becoming a little more challenging. Wait til you meet vampires older brothers.
