Four Leaf Clover

The game is over, and we have almost all the details worked out. There is still a little programming to do on Jude's end...
(I get to do the fun stuff, and he has to do all the hard work to make it happen. SWEET!)

Four Leaf Clover's true nature is now somewhat apparent.
The Item is wearable, but be warned it is cursed and expensive to un-equip.
When you look at it in the store all you will see is that it grants +1 def.

However-- as soon as we can get it programmed in, it will have a chance of having the clerk tell you "It's your Lucky Day" instead of giving you a quest. This is the reason the item is costly to remove. We don't want you handing them from 1 char to the next to make levels. If this starts happening, it will be even more expensive to un-equip.

In addition, you will be able to turn in the item to complete a quest. The clerk will take your 4LC, and it will be gone forever, but so will that nasty quest you couldn't get!

Neither of these functions is working at the moment. So I would tell you to bank those items and wait. You will find your nice little stack of 4LC's has been separated out into individual slots. Wearable Items cannot be stacked.

The four leaf clover code has been activated. Thanks for your patience on this one. Remember: if it is unused or unbanked, and you have an active quest, the clerk *will* grab it upon guild entry to satisfy that quest! Have fun!

A clarification on how 4 LC is going to work.

You equip the item.  It gives 1 DEF.  It is cursed and expensive to remove.  It will occupy its own unique slot, so you don't have to give anything up to wear one.

Passively (equipped) it will give you a small chance to skip out on being assigned a quest when you make level.

Actively -- it must be unequipped and un-banked-- the clerk will take your 4 LC and give you credit for the current quest.  SO-- make certain you do not visit the guild with an active quest whilst carrying an unused and unbanked 4LC or you will lose it.

If you decide to trade in your 4LC to fulfill some nasty Q, and it is currently equipped-- you will have to visit the store, remove the cursed item and then visit the guild, where your 4LC will go away and so will your nasty Q.
