Seeker WoR lvl

In the help lesson it states that Word of Recall is a level 25 spell for the Seeker class. In game ir reads as level 31.

My point in noting the disparity was that it takes a seeker longer to be able to cast WoR as a lvl 31 spell (in game spell level), than it would if it were an actual lvl 25 (what the help lesson states) spell in the game. Oversight, Pimp, Coding Error?
