Restoration=0

Please check the healer restoration spell. I threw it twice and cured for 0 both times. The other cures seemed to work fine.

This is perhaps a smidgeon low. I have asked Jude to look into it.

I also bumped up wand of curing and sphere of healing a bit.

Good. My understanding of restoration was that it was supposed to be a full cure. Was that wrong?

historical values for restoration ranged in the 500-650. It was never a full cure, to the best of my knowledge.

I just did some testing over on the test server.. Restoration is working fine over there.  

I think during the last update, I must have done an incomplete transfer of the spell data, the new code, or both.  Once what is sitting on the test server transfers over, we should be in pretty good shape.  I'll go check the live server now and see if folks are amenable to a reboot.
