I can now in peace encounters with spells like Freeing Air and Word of Death that used to be excluded.

Happened after you changed the icons.

I'm guessing this might be because of an inadvertent change of the spell data resulting from the new (dice based) system of dishing out spell damage. It should be a simple matter of editing the spell data to fix the issue.

The icon change was a simple copy paste of image files.
