Numerous changes Empty Numerous changes

Numerous items have been changed/modified/added.
Level 15 changed to add access to the new 15a. No ROCK was modified.
Monsters added/modified on 15a and Uber area.
Item drop tables modified.
New maps installed for 15a and Uber area.


I think that covers it.

I just found and corrected a very large data error on the item Red Band.
