Uncombine created Slot #0

I made the mistake of decombining an item when all 98 slots were already full. It did the decombine action but displayed the message: "Slot #0 now contains your Scroll of Insanity".

I could not reach Slot 0 to give it away, combine it back, or transfer it to another slot.

Obviously we are not talking about an important item, but it seems it would have been better to simply state there is no open slots available at the illegal attempt.
