Halloween 20 Unpopulated levels

I have now mapped four levels of the Funhouse and have identified at least three others.

However, as I began mapping what I call Funhouse Level 5 (a mostly water level so far) I have mapped 5 rooms and none of them have had a monster in them. I did stumble into one possibly non-water room (it was dark), and did find a mob (probably two sets of thalassic titans). Anyway, I was wondering if perhaps the water rooms were purposely left unpopulated? Until I hear further, I probably will skip mapping this level and go on to the sixth level.

oh dear.  I made a mistake on the maps--

map corrected, and hot swapped.  sometimes the hot swap for maps doesn't work-- if so it should work correctly on the next reboot.
