Waxies and Wererats Empty Waxies and Wererats

I see a short opportunity Announcement for extra experience on a couple Level 1 monsters. What prompted that really short action? Might start a new char if it had lasted longer or been announce further in advance. How about bring back SuperRats for a brief appearance.
