New 15 as of 7/24

I found 2 new areas on level 15 and a new non water area on 15U that had what appeared to be Uber encounters in them 3 days ago.  Yesterday and today all these areas have no encounters in them.  Is this a data error of some sort?

Grrrr. How did that happen? I am on it.

I have no idea how everything got reset except the maps... but it did. I reloaded all the files and then went back and checked them. As of now, they are all there and functioning. If you find empty rooms repeatedly-- send me an email, and I will go look at it again.

It seems to be fixed now. Look at Water Loa's on 16. Verify that is what you intend. So far I can't fight them or spell them. Are they invulnerable?
