FROZEN CHARACTERS Empty FROZEN CHARACTERS

Using either the Javatar Client or the Browser to access, I find my characters frozen in fight and unresponsive. Signing on again lets me boot unresponsive chars, but the new access is still unresponsive.  Can't find a work around. Will retry later.
