Prism of Sanctuary [2] Empty Prism of Sanctuary [2]

Just found my 2nd Prism of Sanc. Was disappointed to see it has only 2 charges, which appears to be the norm. Any chance of increasing it to between 10 and 20, like in most versions?

Nope. You will find them more often than other places. [2] they are, and [2] they shall stay.
