crashes 10/4/20

It has crashed on me three times today.
1) in city-- hit lab 1. The lab prompt displayed, then nothing. all 7 windows unresponsive. about 5 minutes later I was able to log in again.
2) on level 1... tried to type in TP coords - nothing. all windows frozen. about 3 mins later I was able to log in again.
3) in city tried to visit bank. all windows frozen-- still cannot log back in. its been 7 or 8 mins now.

about 2 mins later (so 9-10 mins after crash) I was able to log in again.

another partial crash-- 4 windows stayed open, 4 windows went unresponsive. the four that stayed alive were frozen for about 1 minute
