I think the concept is cool-- If I understand your poem (which you should never embarrass yourself like that again -- poetry???? I mean really!) correctly-- the monsters are similar to level 11. Okay. so what is a new guy supposed to do? I mean if we had a new player starting-- they don't get to go trick or treating????

Stick to your day job and leave minstrel-ing to those that are better suited for it. That means almost anyone else, at all!!!

Assuming there is but one entrance to the special Halloween area, maybe we should divide the various levels between us and see if we can locate it without having to run every level individually. Guess I will start on level 1 when I get around to it.

if you look at his poem ( and I use the term very loosely!) its most likely deeper in the dungeon than 1.

"I am hidden in the depths, but not too deep
I am on a level less than 7
I am guessing lower than 2 but not deeper than 7.
but beware, I lead to monsters more like 11
and as always ye shall sow, just what ye reap.
Tough monsters, sow and reap??? I dunno.  Ideas??

Concerned with death? --ye should be,
I lead to an area with new monsters aplenty.
Got some graph paper? ye made need sheets a twenty.
I think the area is large, for mapping.
If ye think in logical terms, my location, obvious -- ye see.
What makes a logical location?  Stairs?  Chutes? or ???

Do you need a seeker or wizard?
Whilst it might be considered wise
The route can be easily walked as it lies
It probably isn't far off the walking path down to 7 or 8.  
But the best powers thereof won't work in my gizzard."
Seeker and wizard powers are blocked inside??? Locate? Displace?? Teleport??? hopefully not  WoR?????
