New character database backup code operational

This won't affect day-to-day game play, but I just upgraded our server's character database backup routine.  The character database will now be backed up multiple times a day, should characters need to be recovered for whatever reason.  (This task used to be handled by Windows, but it was unreliable so now our game server code is auto-creating its own backup files.)  

So from today forward, we should have a *much* more reliable method of recovering recent copies of characters when necessary.
