Server code update: increased stability for stand alone client connections

The server code was just patched to increase the stability of stand alone client connections.  Stand alone client connections should now be stable for considerably longer periods of time, even when you aren't entering keystrokes and nothing is happening in the game.  

The server is now *enforcing* an update/screen refresh for all connections (standalone client and web) every 60 seconds.  Please let us know if you see any ill effects from this update.  It is a very small change, but in our testing, it has dramatically improved long term connection stability.  

Hopefully this will make Javatar a bit more fun in the new year.
